CIKLOPEA d.o.o. Translation Services, as one of the leading translation services providers in the Republic of Croatia and in the South East Europe region, closed its business in the year 2009 with the award of the quality certificate in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system standard  and the 15038:2006 standard for translation services.

The certificates were awarded by the established certification body Bureau Veritas and they serve as proof of the quality management system, the professional relationship of all those involved in the translation process and of continuous training and the provided services improvement.

The CIKLOPEA Translation Services’ offices are located in Zagreb (Međimurska 21/I, P. and T. Erdödyja 15) and Rijeka (M. K. Kozulić 2/3). The provided services include written translations, translations certified by court interpreters, simultaneous and consecutive interpretation, revision, correction and proofreading, desktop publishing and other value-added services and education seminars for translators. The awarded certificates represent the obligation of maintenance and improvement of the adopted business criteria which implies that, for us, the customers are the most important, and our basic goals and tendencies imply their satisfaction and our will to exceed their expectations.

Under the condition of continuously satisfactory implementation of the quality management system, CIKLOPEA d.o.o. will carry the awarded certificates until the end of the year 2012.

Moreover, we have decided to share our fortune in the new year with others, and thus we became a partner of the humanitarian association "OAZA" from Rovinj which takes care of the little ones, because children need our help the most.
